I could write a whole book on how you can grow your church with social media (and there are several: The Social Church, The Social Media Gospel and Social Media Guide for Ministry to get you started), but for now I’ll highlight just a few practical things you can do:
- Align your social media content with your big idea.
- Identify and get to know your target audience.
- Create strategic content tailored for your target audience.

This is just the starting point. There’s so much more to building a social media strategy that will grow your church, but if you can get started with these practical steps, then you’ll be well on your way to seeing real results.
Believe it or not, you can actually grow your church with social media. You just need the right foundation in place before you start building the house.
