Carlos Whittaker on Over-the-Top Church

Carlos Whittaker on Over-the-Top Church

October 8, 2013 by

“We now live in a society where everything is huge. Everything is over the top. Everything is bigger and better than the week before. And it’s exhausting. … we can continue just doing what has worked and is working with our heads to the ground… Or… We can look up and see what the world is screaming for without even knowing they are screaming yet: Simplicity in their already over produced world.” –Carlos Whittaker (The Imminent Death of the Over-Produced Sunday Service)

The next day Carlos added that there’s never just one way of doing church and instead of being negative about it we should find better ways.
