Healthy Church Staff Culture: New Courageous Storytellers Resources

Healthy Church Staff Culture: New Courageous Storytellers Resources

April 1, 2019 by

How would you describe your church office environment? Is it relatively easy to get work done? Does the staff work together well, and do you feel supported by your pastors?

In our day-to-day lives, it’s really easy to get lost in the weeds of bulletins and emails and websites and Facebook posts, but one of the most important aspects of our work is our role in establishing a healthy work culture.

Yes, senior pastors generally have the most influence in establishing a church culture, but you have more impact than you might think. There are tons of little things you can do each day that will help your office run smoothly and encourage healthy relationships with your peers.

Take advantage of our collection of resources all about healthy church culture this month:

  • Leading a healthy culture with Dr. Kevin Peck.
  • How to create a culture that will help your team thrive.
  • Four generational myths impeding your ministry.
  • Permission to lead: Even if you don’t have the title or authority, you can still lead.
  • How to rebuild team relationships.
  • How to develop a relationship with your senior pastor.
  • 17 ways to establish and nurture a healthy team culture.
  • What to do when no one follows your communication rules.
  • How to get out of your office and connect with ministries.

And (as if you needed a reminder), there is a pretty big day coming up. Don’t forget about our Easter resource page that has all kinds of helpful content, including free social media graphics and sharable videos from Lee Strobel.
