Re-Calibrate Your Vision

Re-Calibrate Your Vision

December 15, 2015 by

Church communicator and Certification Lab instructor Stephen Brewster talks about taking time at the end of the year to focus on vision and make sure the things you’re doing are the right things.

This is one of the topics covered during our Certification Lab.

So the first of the year is a great time to re-calibrate: What is your team doing? Why are you doing it?

Watch as Certification Lab instructor Stephen Brewster talks about re-calibrating vision:

“I’m really big on making sure we’re crystallizing vision and mission on what we’re trying to accomplish. So the first of the year is a great time to re-calibrate: What is your team doing? Why are you doing it? What do you need to stop doing? What stopped working a year ago and you haven’t realized it yet? Just asking some of those hard questions. Usually we try to start the year off doing something like that. ” -Stephen Brewster
